Friendly service, I loved appetising food.
The room was neat and cosy with private bathroom, tea & coffee, heater on and safety measures included smoke detectors. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Urquhart Castle, Glasgow cafe.

The rooms are nicely furnished and functional and complete with space for the dogs and bathroom, as example. It has ideal, perfectly comfortable setting, just off Urquhart Castle and good shops around and the attractions.

Very comfortable room, very warm and clean. The situation was perfect for getting around wherever we wanted to go.
The breakfast was very poor, the service in the restaurant was also very poor, the quality of the breakfasts and service put us off from eating in the restauarant in the evening.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the friendly staff made check-in very smooth. The restaurant was closed , which limited our dining options in the evening, and the rooms could benefit from updates. A great choice for a short stay.

Although the food overall in the restaurant was excellent we both thought the sticky toffee pudding was too dry and let down the whole eating experience.

Great staff, excellent food. Right next door to the Loch Ness Exhibit.
Lots of stairs with a heavy bag.

The staff and management were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all friendly. Food at the restaurant was good and value for money. The room was a bit tired but overall the service outweighed this. We would certainly consider staying here again
The elderly lady at the Nessie Shop attached to the Hotel was very rude and unhelpful. Whilst the lady in the Whisky shop gave excellent service and was very friendly

The location was perfect for exploring nearby Loch Ness and the distillery. Free parking was a bonus. Just a heads up, some amenities may not be available every night, so check ahead for dining options.

The hotel was far from busy (this is definitely the low season in the Loch Ness area) but the staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the food was very good and excellent value for money.
